1 can organic chickpeas (15-ounce, drained)
2 tablespoons 100% pure avocado oil
2 tablespoons organic tahini
2 tablespoons organic cilantro (chopped)
2 tablespoons organic lime (freshly squeezed)
2 cloves organic garlic
2 organic jalapenos
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1) Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
2) Taste and adjust the seasonings to your preference. Add additional water if you prefer a thinner hummus.
3) Store in an air-tight BPA-free container in the refrigerator.
