60 Vanilla Wafers, Make Crumbs
1/3 Cup Butter, Melted
8 Ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Sugar
3 1/4 Cup Milk, 2%
8 Ounces Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
2 Packages Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
1/4 Cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1/4 Cup Peanuts
1. Combine wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1/4 cup milk in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping; spread over crust.
2. Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk in spearate medium bowl and whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup caramel topping; spoon over cream cheese layer. Cover with reamining whipped topping.
3. Refridgerate for 5 hours or until firm.
4. Chop apples and sprinkle over dessert just before serving. Top with nuts and remaining caramel topping.
Tip: Prevent apples from browning by combining 1 Cup of water with 1 Tbsp of lemon juice, dip apples in mixture before using as directed.
